What Causes Dry & Itchy Testicle Sac?

ok, i have a problem that i dont know how to fix. I noticed earlier today that my ball sack is a little red but im more worried about why its dry and shedding skin. it also itches from time to time but i dont know how i got this because its been 18 months since ive had any sexual contact and i dont use any lubes or such when i masturbate. What can be causing this and how do i get it to go away

It may a simple fungal infection. Keep the place clean and dry. Use a topical antifungal ointment. Don't wear tight undergarments. Also, take one tab. Fluconazole 150mg stat dose. Hope this will help you.
