Dear-thanks for using our service and will give you my medical advise. It is important to have an urine sample for culture and sensitivity .It looks that you are having an urine infection due to your symptoms and findings. However, other possibility is kidney stone or sludge, irritation of the bladder and bladder lesion. If the urine culture is negative for infection, next step is to have a cystoscopy and evaluate the bladder for any polyps or lesions, urethral and urether for stricture. Those are possibilities for microscopic hematuria. I hope that my advise has been helpful Hit thanks if it was Dr.JC
