What Causes Dry Mouth While On Immunotherapy?

I have stage 1 non-small cell lung cancer and am being t reated with keytruda every three weeks. I have extremely dry mouth and wonder if this is related to immunotherapy. I m also wondering if a difficult pubic itch which is not, as far as I know, vaginal could also be related to the keytruda. I have been on this treatment since February of this year. Thank you.

Immunotherapy can have the effect on the salivary secretions in the mouth leading to dryness. Sometimes there can be mucosal infections too.
