What Causes Dry Mouth?
My wife has demencia when I sit with her at dinner my mouth will feel dry, I will cough and have a feeling of no saliva in mouth but I have some ,will cough but I have no shortage of saliva. hhand my nose will run, What should I be looking to do?

I really appreciate your concern, dry mouth with cough symptoms could be due to infection of allergic condition but most probably it could be allergic condition, drink more water have some hot drink salt water gargling, and stop worrying, in case of infection like stomatitis oral mouth agent like povidone iodine can be tried hope this information helps
