What Causes Dry Skin And Bumps On Lips After Taking Hydroxycut?

i started taking hydroxycut, and it says to drink 8 - 10 glasses of water when taking these. Of course, I didnt really paid attention to drink so much fluid and now my face skin is really really dry, im having breakouts and bumps on my lips. please advise what should I do?
