What Causes Dry Skin In The Testicle?

am 23 years old an have been dealing with dry skin under my testicle area. It is very itchy and often will wake me in the night. I have come to the conclusion that this is likely due to sweating, but I don t seem to have a problem over-sweating anywhere else. I have heard that the salt in the sweat may be left behind and can cause skin to become itchy and dry. This is not an STD and I ve tried quite a bit for relief - jock itch treatment, talcum powder, vaseline, even a wide assortment of ultra healing lotions, nothing really works.
