My eyes are almost all the time itching and they feel dry , also I struggle to read from a distance about my arm's length it feels like the is this weight in my eyes then I start to feel air coming in my eyes then blink a lot. Also when reading the light has to be bright or else I will struggle to read and also I do feel this air coming in my eyes
What you're describing is most likely dry eye, given that itching, dryness/foreign body sensation, blurry vision in red eyes would be consistent with this. It is important also to mention that when we are focusing in something (reading a book/newspaper, watching a screen), we tend to blink more frequently, thus making the symptoms even worse.
In my experience, use of lubricant eye drops 4-6 times a day should improve the symptoms. These drops are available without a prescription (over-the-counter). As a suggestion, when you're reading, take a break to put a drop in your eye. Finally, if there's no improvement, I would suggest you to be seen by an Ophthalmologist.
