What Causes Dryness And Itching On The Swollen Vagina Lips?
Hi i am fifty seven and have not had a period for about ten months usualy really dry down low and hurts to have intercourse with husband but for last six days white disharge tender down low in tummy and ovaries confuzed if may have thrush but not itchy but bit swollen thank you for your advice

Very difficult to comment without seeing directly or pictures. There will be dryness as you are in perimenopausal period. Can use lubricating gel during intercourse.
