Hi,

Dryness and itching is going in favor of Tinea Corporis. It is a fungal infection in which skin become infected with fungus and it produces scales which give the appearance of dryness and is associated with itching, other differential diagnosis include DISCOID ECZEMA.

It also looks similar to Tenia Corporis but central clearing is absent in it. Tinea corporis is usually treated with topical TERBINAFINE in and Oral Itraconazol while discoid Eczema is treated with midpotent steroid.

Hope it helps. If you have any other question please do not hesitate to contact again.
