What Causes Dryness And Metallic Taste In The Mouth In Patients With Previous History Of Urinary Infections?

hello, had uti in the middle of july...after taking my meds still have a bitter, metallic tast in my mouth,,was told i had thrush..took nystatin and antibiotic with no relief. having a hard time swallowing it feels like i have something stuck in my throat and severe dry mouth...back to the dr today and he has no answers for me..
