What Causes Dryness And Red Circles Around Elbows?
Hi, I do not currently have insurance. I have recently developed a slowing growing population on dry skin red circles on my inner elbow. They start small about 3mm and grow to about 10mm so far. Should I go see a dermatologist or a general practioner? I am 24 male 180lbs

Hello..Red circles around elbow with dry skin may be a sign of a fungal infection (Tinea). So i suggest you to immediately consult a dermatologist. Take care.
