i am diabetic, and uncircumsized, my issue is with foreskin getting dry and cracking causing me pain. i also have had white stuff around my head lately. i have had this off an on for years, i usually get jock itch or similar cream that clears it up after a week or so but this time its not really going away

It can happen to a diabetic patient if blood sugar is not under control. It can happen due to fungal infection. Local anti-fungal can help you. Also, keep your blood sugar under control. If your issue persists, you need a circumcision.
