What Causes Dryness In The Mouth And Lips?

I have a dry mouth and lips, even though I drink plenty of water. The tip of my tongue has a burning sensation and small red dots, the size of a pin, there is now blistering on the inside of my bottom and upper lip, even some raised bumping on the edges.

there are lot of disease , drug side effect, therapies, habit of smoking and tobacco chewing which lead to such problem.
