What Causes Dryness In Throat And Tightness In Chest?
This is the second time I've awakened at night with dryness in my throat, and the feeling that something was stuck in my throat and chest. It subsided some after I drank some sips of water and sat upright for a few minutes. Now I am up and still feel a little tightness in my chest and like something is kind of in my throat

Many things like gasrto oesophagial rwflux ,asthama may cause tightness in chest,

Have less spicy,less greasy food,
Eat 2hr b4 sleep,
Use at least some inches elevation below your head when you sleep.
