What Causes Dryness On Penile Head After Having Unprotected Sex?

doctor i had unprotected sex with my aunt,and its my first sex experience too.i had sex four times.since from few days the head of my pennies is dried up.i wash head regularly with soap and detol.what is my problem.is it serious r do i need to consult a doctor in person

Genital skin is very delicate. Washing with a soap Or dettol can be too harsh for this area. It may be one cause for dried up appearance.
I would suggest that you use just plain lukewarm water to clean the area.
Another possibility is that you may have developed a mild candidal infection (balanitis), probably acquired sexually from you sexual partner.
You may try an OTC antifungal e.g clotrimazole 1% cream, twice daily for a week.
Hopefully these measures together would produce the desired results
