What Causes Dryness On The Scalp After Treated For Breast Cancer?
After having chemo due to breast cancer in 2009 my hair never returned back to its normal growth. I had weight loss surgery 7/14 and a full hysterectomy in 11/14 now my scalp is very dry as well as hair is getting very thin stopped growing well before 7/14. Is there anything I can use to promote hair growth?
Hi. Hair loss is common during chemo. Hairs do come back once chemo is stopped and body recovers. Minoxidil 2% lotion applied over dry scalp twice daily would help in rapid recovery. Hope it helps.
