What Causes Dull Chest Ache And Panic Attacks?t
I am a 30 year old female. I have a dull ache on the left side of my chest about 4 inches to the right of my armpit. Am I having a heart attack ? Am I too young to have a heart attack ? My face feels kind of numb too. I have really bad panic attack too, could this be a manifestation of an attack ?

From history it seems that you are having anxiety neurosis, a condition called cardiac neurosis.
Nothing to worry and try to forget about it.
To get relief from this problem go for EKG and rule out any cardiac ailment.
