What Causes Dull Pain At The Bottom Of Rib Cage Towards Chest?

i have had the same dull pain at the bottom of my right rib cage sort of more toward the middle of chest since I was 18 and I'm 50 now , sometimes it hurts really bad like when trying to do a sit up or certain yoga moves and sometimes it looks like there is something in there protruding outward, what the heck is going on the older I get the less I feel competent to deal with the pain and so the less I do Years ago I went to doctors but after gall bladder test (sonar) and hepatitis test and barium enema I gave up

5. Apply warm water pad on affected areas.
6. Wear chest belt to prevent minimal mobilization of affected part.
