What Causes Dull Skin And Painful Boils On The Neck, Jaw And Ears?
Hi, I have acne .. small tiny and boils as well on neck jaw and near ears. There have been swollen lymph nodes as well on right back, little towards behind. Seems pea size. I had clear, good skin but now I sometimes look very tired and dull. And get these painful boils often. Of late, indigestion and gas problems have gained prominence. Now I feel weak dizzy and uncomfortable in stomach. Trying to alleviate suffering by eating cumin seeds, drinking 2-3 glasses of lemon juice .. ginger+honey. Etc. Oh and while I had a perfect happy period in may. June got messed up. Seemed to have started early. With little discharge everyday. And has continued with intermediary stops now into July .. I am just so worried ... not sure which doctor to visit.
Hi. As per your case history you are having hormonal acne, my treatment advice is - 1. Don't squeeze the lesions as it may worsen the condition. 2. Apply a clindamycin gel like Glocin gel twice daily on spots. 3. Other treatment options are oral doxycyline, minocycline and isotretinoin taken only after consulting a dermatologist.
Thanks. Dr. Harshit bhachech. MBBS, DDVL.
