What Causes Dull To Mild Pain In Scrotum?

i have a dull to mild pain in my scortum sac right side skin above and thigh portion beside scortum sac and also near penis attached side to lower abodomen(pain rotating to these 3 mentioned places). since 2 weeks is this a matter of concern i am 38 years old

Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
Pain in the scrotum and also near thigh and penis since 2 weeks could be due to two things:
1. Infection of testis called 'epidydimo-orchitis'.
2. Varicocele.
You need to get evaluated for these conditions by visiting a Surgeon.
In the meantime, you can take Tablet.Ibuprofen + Paracetamol combination twice a day after food for relief of pain.
Kindly give proper support to scrotum.
Seek proper advise about this from Surgeon.
