What Causes Dysentery With Thirst?

hi i m reena my age 23,height 160cm and weight 60kg, i had continue thirsty , dysentry, and feeling warm, so i gone to hospital as i have these symptoms from 4 days . they had given me 3 bottles saline , and tablets and electrolyte powder and alox suspension . after saline i feel swolen hands , please tell me what is this indicates
