What Causes Dysgeusia And Tongue Sensitivity With Lumps?

I have a metallic taste in my mouth with an oily sensation. There are small red bumps on my tongue and my tongue is very sensitive. It feels like I burnt it on something but this has lasted for about a week now and I don t recall burning it on anything.

Start multivitamis,clear intestine, disinfect with mebex, ciplox tz and gargle. Light non spicy food. If no resolution - check and biopsy sos
