What Causes Dysuria With Rashes Around Navel?

i have had burning during urination sometimes when i pee for a little over a month now. my doctor ruled out an UTI., i just started having a rash in & around my belly button& on my right hip bone, on the day my period started. i also just started having itching around my vagina&rectum, i had a sore throat for about a week but it went away. please help me

Hi.
As per your case history you are having exanthem.
My treatment advice is -
1. Apply a soothing lotion like calamine lotion on affected region twice daily.
2. Take a NSAID like ibuprofen for pain and levocetrizine for itching.
3. Other treatment options are oral antibiotics, oral steroid taken only after consulting a dermatologist.
