What Causes Dysuria?
Our 24 yr old son has recently moved to the East Coast to take a job. He called this morning to tell me he is going to have to find a doctor because he has had burning during urination (for a few weeks) and had some blood this morning. Needless to say, I am about to panic since I am 1000 miles away. He "thinks" he has a uti - I'm extremely concerned

Burning micturition with blood indixates kidney stone., only burning micturition without blood indicates uti..simple ultrasound abdomen ruleout kidney stone..if it is not there go 4r urine culture sensitive inv use antibiotics acc to report for 2 weeks. ? Hope I am helpful
