I got hit in the ear in basketball a few weeks ago with an elbow. At first I was hearing funny through it (like I could hear the wind in the gym.. almost like the other ear was plugged cause I could hear everything!). Now every time I burp my ear hurts.. could this be something?

ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hi,
I have gone through your query; it suggests that you may be having the injury in the ear drum.
To rule out this injury consult the ENT specialist for otoscopic examination of that ear and avoid putting water, ear bud, oil and medicine in the ear.

Thanks
