I had a toothpick stuck in my gum 3 weeks ago. I tried to get it out with a water pick and ended up shooting it upward which was very painful. After I removed the toothpick I started getting drainage through my gums. It s a clear mucus like substance no smell with a slight salty taste. I ve been to 3 dentist and they all tell me nothing is wrong. Now my ears and throat are starting to hurt. Is this my sinuses draining through my gums? What do I do now?
