What Causes Ear Block?

i just want to ask something about my ear problem and it is my moms one side ear is totally blocked and when she went to doc she is been told that her ear net is been damaged na there is infection in the gone so i jst want to know that is opperation required for this

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain it seems that your mother is suffering from perforation in ear drum causing the symptoms..

It is possibly seen in cases of chronic ear infection that can damage the ear drum leading to loss of hearing and blocked ear..

In case if there is minor perforation antibiotics, anti-inflammatory painkillers and steroids are given to heal..

But in case if the medicines do not work surgical correction has to be done..
