What Causes Ear Clogging And Heart Palpitations?

I am a woman aged 63 and am 1 stone overweight but not two worried as I have heavy breasts but a slim waist. I have been feeling dizzy and a little nauseous at times, my ears feel really clogs but one is clear of wax the other has impacted wax. My heart beat seems loud during the night. My blood pressure is 135/73 and my pulse rate 78. I feel lethargic

Impacted wax may act like masking effects and conduct your own heart beat to you. Other possibilities like arrhythmia or hyperthyroidism or anemia may present like this.

Use Dewax ear drops and keep a plug if cotton, and then contact your ENT specialist he will examine and treat you accordingly.
