What Causes Ear Clogging With Pain And Discomfort?

I had a brain bleed a while ago and as i was recovering my left ear began to feel weird. It felt clogged. A couple nights later in the middle of the night it felt weird and i felt a glob of something. I went to the bathroom and it was really bloody (dried blood). After that my ear was fine, until i had some more brain issues, and it happened again except this time nothing came out. My pediatrician did a test and said everything was perfect in there. Its been hurting and feeling clogged very often. Its very uncomfortable. When i hiccup i feel it there, when i have a headache i feel extra there. I searched online but can t find anything. ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hi,

Welcome to HCM,

With your presentation, it appears to be ear drum infection, where ear drum got perforated, and blood is coming outside the ear canal.

Brain infections and ear related issues needs to be evaluated with otoscopy.

Kindly evaluate with an ent surgeon for the status of ear drum and cause for clogging.

All the best.
