Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of ear drainage which seems to be due to ear infection causing drainage from ears. Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like ear infection , trauma with Q-tip or swimmer's ear. need not to worry. You should avoid touching or pricking ear with any sharp object. Avoid using excessive mobile from that side. I would suggest you to consult ENT specialist for proper checkup . Doctor may order CT scan or examine ear with otoscope . Doctor may prescribe antibiotics like gentamycin , corticosteroid ear drops along with anti inflammatory . For now keep your ear dry and apply warm compresses ( dry ) on external ear .
