What Causes Ear Pain Followed By A Neck And Throat Pain?

I have had a ear pain that started in the start of July and aroung July 20th for a few days I had a stabing pain on the side of my face. It never went away and now its in my ear and the side of my face only on the right side. Behind my right eye hurts also. The pain has gone down to the back of my neck and now my throat has a dull ache like you get before you get sick. I have taken all sorts of over the counter medicine and nothing works.

thanks for posting query... after reading your query i think it can be a case of trigeminal neuralgia /stylalgia, although their are certain clinical signs which are to be checked before a diagnosis is made and hence get youself checked by an ent specialist.. i hope this answers your query.
