What Causes Ear Pain, Tightness In The Chest And Sore Throat?
Three days ago I started experiencing aching n both ears tightness in chest and sore throat with fatigue and head ache. I thought I was getting over it yesterday. Last night a bark like cough started and I lost my voice today. Fatigue cough and no voice are my only symptoms. Should I go to urgent care or is it likely a virus?
Involvement of upper respiratory tract during viral flu is commonly characterized by sore throat, cough, loss of voice.Congestion of vocal cords can cause loss of voice in these conditions.Fatigue can be seen in almost all viral flu illnesses. This is partly due to decreased intake and increased demands of body due to increased metabolism. The symptoms of viral illness usually gets relieved by adequate hydration, taking rest, warm saline gargles if sore throat.Voice rest, steam inhalation might also help speedy recovery from laryngitis
