Understanding your concern. As per your query you have ear pain while using headphones which is due to ear infection and accumulation of wax fluid in it. Need not to worry about it. I would suggest you to consult Otolaryngologist once and get evaluated and start treatment after proper prescription. Get all the lab tests done and examination with otoscope. You should take antibiotic Ciprofloxacin along with Ibuprofen. You should put Otogesic ear drops 2-3 times a day. You should take proper rest. Try to avoid excessive use of mobile and try to avoid pricking it with any sharp object. You should avoid sleeping on this side. You should maintain hygiene of area.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
