What Causes Ear Pain?

sir weekdays back my right ear is very painful night at 1.00 pm so,i am used antibiotec tablets ,relief pain within 15mnts next day morning right ear is not functioning somebody tells use candibiotic ear drops so no use next i will consult ent doc ms srikakulam doc tells some tablets zedocef dxl 200,maxtra cold,darolac tablets & nasivion drops in nose two times per day so no use so what can i do now sir pls tellme sir

Dear just check your Eustachian tube blocked or not, just do valsalva do you feeling any reliefe or not. Still symptoms persisten just get it done tympanometry by Ent surgeon. And get treated accordingly. Use water vapor inhalation regularly, avoid cool drinks and freeze water. Use tab. Alday DC twice a day.
