three days of increasing bilateral ear, upper jaw and upper neck pain. Ear canals tender and feel full. No hearing change. No recent travel, swimming or injury. Came out of nowhere. upper neck nodes feel tender. Only recent activity out of routine was cleaning up basement rodent messes.

I would suggest you to avoid bending forward and drink green tea with ginger thrice a day . Apply dry warm compresses on ear. You should take oral broad spectrum antibiotics to treat the infection. Put anti-inflammatory ear drops. You should maintain complete hygiene of ear canal. Visit ENT specialist or oral physician once and get it examined and start treatment after proper prescription. Do mind relaxing exercises like meditation and yoga , also apply warm compresses to neck.
