hi doc i m married for abt 3yr and try to concive had two months of ovaral feb nd march and on april had my periods in 8 which was normal bt after having unprotected sex again had my periods on 20 april why this happned doc plz give us some suggestion
Presentation of vaginal bleeding two weeks after menstrual periods. further evaluation and characteristic of present bleeding required. possibilities: 1. if the present bleeding is NOT heavy and "painless"; if its more like spotting / brown color patch; then it maybe "implantation bleeding".....you maybe pregnant and need to meet your treating physician/gynaecologist at earliest.
2. if bleeding is heavy and painful, then you might be needing an emergency ultrasound and/or hormonal tests. it maybe indicating a hormonal imbalance OR uterine pathology. Meet your treating gynaecologist.
wish you good health.
