What Causes Early Periods?

Hi, We are trying for a baby since last 6 months ...Perviously I was getting late periods but since last 4 months I am getting early periods ... This month I got my periods 7 days early .... we are trying very hard for a baby .... Is there any reason for early period or how can we success to get conceive ....

hi stress is a major cause for irregular periods be it early or late periods. since you are very anxious to conceive it can be because of this reason. you can go for an ovulation monitoring ultrasound which will help you to know the days when you are ovulating and you can have intercouse in those days accordingly and increase the success rate of conception. you can start tab ovacare which is a prenatal vitamin prescription to increase the chances of successful preganncy . all the best and take care .
