This morning, I was swallowing my food and my ears popped. Throughout the day when i burped, and swallowed my ears popped. Also my throat is itchy and my nose it stuffy. I don t think I am sick and I am pretty sure my doctor told me I have no allergies. What is happening with my ears?
Hi. This is a very good question. Noted your history of popping of the ears while swallowing the food, burping and the itchy throat, stuffy nose.
All these thing suggest that you have Upper respiratory tract inflammation of whatsoever nature. It has caused the Eustachian tubes to dysfunction causing them wide open to allow the air from the Pharynx to be allowed to the middle ear cavity to have that popping.
I would advise you to get an opinion of an ENT Surgeon/Doctor and get a prescription of an antibiotic, antihistamine and anti-inflammatory medicines. The most important factor is not to blow nose.
