What Causes Easy Bruising And Excessive Bowel Movements?

I just received my blood test results and my MVP came back as abnormal and high of 12.7. I am 31 year old female that suffers from anxiety. Lately I have been bruising very easily and they last more than a week. I've also had problems eating and excessive bowl movements. I'm now concerned something more serious may be wrong. Any answers?
