What Causes Easy Bruising On The Skin?

I am 51 and I bruise reasley Easley my arm looks horble me and my husband went dancing. we were doing the swing and his thumb hit the top of my hand and instantly it looked like I had been in a fight. I don t take any kind of medication only vit. what causes this I have asked my doctor and he says age

Hello,
Thanks for the query.
you might be having a low platelet count and hence you are developing these bruises.
Get your platelet levels, bleeding and clotting time checked.
Sometimes spontaneous bruising might be associated with dangerous systemic conditions.
I suggest you to get a thorough check up done.
Usually it takes around 2 weeks for the bruise to heal,
you can use oint thrombophobe to get a faster relief.
A photograph would have helped me better.
Please meet a dermatologist for exact diagnosis.
