What Causes Echoing In Ear?

Hello Doctor...!!!! I m 23yrs old lady..and i have an acute problem from yesterday...i have problem in my right ear...it sound like as if i travelling in a bus..and then suddenly i heard of echoing in my ear..!!! what can i do for that...will u suggest me!!!

Well come to HCM
The problem could be due Eustachian tube, some time this remains open (This opens at the time of swallowing works as ventilation ) and condition is called PET(Patulous Eustachian Tube ) this is self limiting condition, may come around on its own, if symptoms does not improved then you need to see the ENT surgeon, hope this information helps, take care.
