What Causes Eczema On Palms Of Hands And Feet?

I have been told I have eczema on palms of my hands and feet and I experience severe cracking of the feet also hands it itches then becomes the rash with thick callous like skin and then is dry and flakey I really need to how to treat or if there are test that can be done to see what causes also if any medicine as to like psoriasis medicine would work. Tried several creams but nothing helps

Hi,

You seem to have probably either palmoplantar pustulosis or contact allergic dermatitis. You consult dermatologist for firm diagnosis.

If you have itching,you may take antihistaminics like levocetirizine. Steroids in tappering dose might be helpful. Application of combined cream of antibiotics and steroid would be advantageous. Avoid contact with detergents and soap. Keep the area moist by using moisturiser cream. Have patience for the good result.
