All the symptoms that you have mentioned, namely diarrhea, eggy burps, fatigue and all are indicative that you are suffering from severe gastroenteritis, most probably with gram negative bacteria as there is no fever and with septicemia as you have body ache and chills. I would advise you the following in such a situation: Rush to ER or nearby hospital for clinical evaluation, examination and investigations. Blood for CBC, electrolytes, culture and sensitivity, sugar, kidney and liver function so that additional treatment can be added as per the reports and deficiencies found. Tests of stool and urine. A course of an antibiotic and other medications as per the clinical diagnosis and reports of the investigations. If the problems are more, you will be admitted for a few days for proper investigations and management.
