What Causes Egg Tasting Burping?
Hi there,
I have been Burping up Egg Tasting/Smelling Burps since Sunday. On Monday, I felt like I had heaps of wind, was fluffing, and burping all night. This then went away. I have recently started burping again, and it has started to taste like eggs. Is this a sign of early pregnancy?

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice. Hydrogen sulphide gas is produced by the intestinal bacteria and that may produce bad smell. It may be due to indigestion or abnormal growth of pathogenic bacteria or food allergy. Avoid constipation by high fiber diet and regular exercise. Use tab rifaximin 200mg thrice a day for five days.
If symptoms are not improved please consult your physician. He will examine and treat you accordingly.
