What Causes Ejaculation During Bowel Movement?

I'm a 20 yr old guy who is overweight (270lbs) and recently had an ejaculation while pooping. I was wondering if my prostate would have anything to do with this or just a bad diet? Also, this was the first time it has ever happend to me and me pushing was straining as well.
