Hi i am 30 yrs old female. My SGPT level now is 53 while the SGOT is 25 (normal). I have taken medication (6 months) for migraine problem and medicine name is Topamac (100 mg daily) and Trytomer (5mg daily). Can it be the cause of increase SGPT level?
Sept level elevation signifies liver irritation and many things can cause it e.g. fatty liver alcohol , hepatitis and meds.
