What Causes Elevated Values Of SBP And DBP During Labor?

I had blood work done while I was in labor (6 months ago) and my AST was 44 and my ALT was 85. Intrapartum and postpartum (up to 4 weeks) I had marginally high by with a SBP in 140's and DBP in the 90's. I was never had my LFT's retested. Is this something to be worried about? I am healthy otherwise and blood pressure has returned to normal. I have had lipids, CBC, and TSH all done recently, all normal.
