Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

You are having acute urinary tract infection. The causes can be :
- pyelonephritis (kidney infection)
- urethritis
- cystitis (bladder infection)
- glomerulonephritis etcetera.

Urine routine microscopic examination and culture should be done first.

If needed USG scan also to be done. Antibiotic course prescribed for this and fruit juice took more. Consult a urologist for an examination.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
