What Causes Empty Feeling In Stomach, Hard Stomach And Nausea?

my boyfriend and i are trying to conceive, i am taking prenatal pill and for the past 2 weeks i ve been having an empty feeling in my stomach. even after i eat. my stomach is hard at times also. now i am getting the empty feeling and feeling nauseous. I am wondering what this could be, my period should be coming around the 25 of this month

Thank for asking, what the symptoms you have are not due to pregnancy but it seems to be nonspecific one, neither the symptoms are anything to take with the menses, so it is nothing to worry, because of the stress such feeling could be likely, hope this information helps.
