What Causes Empty Sella Syndrome?

I have Empty Sellca Syndrome ,and I weight 280 , to much for a 5 2 frame. I have had 4 brain surgeries. 2 Nasopharx. 1 Microdcompersion which I had a Brain stroke during the surgery, On the brain stem. 1 Gama knife surgery. I am still in extreme pain . I have NF1 also . I am 53. back in Jan I had a mild heart attack. Can I every lose weight. I try but can t. I now have a heria.

Empty sella syndrome is atrophy or compression of pituitary gland.As this syndrome is common in obese females(as mentioned above that your weight is 280)...

i would like to advice you kindly get regular exercise and consult your nearby Endocrinologist.
